The Exchange allows you the facility to take stock of what redundant equipment you have that you could offer for sale, whilst at the same time you can look at equipment for sale that you may require.

The aims of The Exchange are to:
- Reduce waste and to encourage recycling
- Provide a facility for LA's to advertise for sale 'surplus equipment' to a wide like-minded audience
- Generate income that can be reinvested
- Reduce the need to buy new equipment, if adequate second hand equipment is available
- Provide a facility that supports the ever more prominent 'Green Agenda'
